Four members of our steering group recently participated in a taster workshop for our planned “Speak Out” workshops (confidence in speaking within a group) run by David Owen. It was an excellent opportunity to slowly build confidence in that dreaded area of public speaking. Well done to everyone who managed to overcome their nerves and participate.

A wonderful opportunity to be entertained by FABULOUS WOMEN with readings form the recently published book, “FABULOUS”, on Saturday 13th June 2009, 2pm to 5pm at Walton Hall, Main Street, Walton on Trent, Swadlincote, DE12 8LZ. This is a free event with refreshments available.

Please RSVP to People Express. If you require further information and disabled access requirements please ring People Express 01283 552962 or e-mail enquireies@people-express.org.uk.
